<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing an organic EL element, which improves luminance, and to provide an organic EL element. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing an organic EL element including a cathode 3, an anode 8 facing the cathode 3, and an organic layer 23 disposed between the cathode 3 and the anode 8 comprises the steps of: preparing an organic EL element 2; and irradiating the organic layer 23 with pulse laser beams transmitted through the cathode 3 to form, in the organic layer 23, a conductive organic layer 24 having electric resistance lower than that of the organic layer 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
