<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve equalization of thermal insulation characteristics throughout a thermal insulation box and improvement in the thermal insulation performance thereof by improving the flow property of polyurethane foam. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal insulation box including polyurethane foam packed in between an outer box and an inner box through a filling port of the outer box has a vacuum thermal insulation material ≥18 mm in thickness on a side surface of the outer box or inner box. The polyurethane 10-20 mm in thickness at a position between the vacuum thermal insulation material and the inner box has a heat conductivity of 17.0-18.5 mW/mK at an average temperature of 10°C, a dimensional change rate after leaving for 24 hours at 70°C and at -20°C in the air of ≤1.5%, and a compression strength of ≥150 kPa. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
