The housing (1) has positive and negative terminals (40, 60) for electrical interconnection of a rechargeable battery block (10) in a circuit device. The positive and negative terminals are formed as doubled trained connection poles. Each connection pole is formed as a part of plug connections (42, 62). The plug connections of each connection pole are laid on a common terminal side (20) of the housing. The connection poles are symmetrically arranged in a symmetry axis of the terminal side. A through-hole is formed in the terminal side for visual displays (27).
