<p>The fat separator (1) comprises a blade (2) and housing (10). The blade is arranged such that it does not project from the housing in the retracted state and projects from the housing in the extended state. The blade consists of several blade filaments (20) which are designed such that the cutting surface of blade in the retracted state is smaller than the cutting surface of the blade in the extended state. The blade filaments are spread out in rake-shape in the extended state of the blade.</p>
