<p>This device comprises a main casing (1) that holds a removable refill (10) and a microfibre cloth (12). A pivoting cover (4) closes off an opening (3) that allows the microfibre cloth (12) and the removable refill (10) to pass through. A spraying nozzle (14) is secured to a spraying actuator (8) integrated into the main casing (1) and makes it possible to spray the liquid contained in the removable refill (10). The removable refill (10) is shaped so as to be clipped and unclipped easily in the main casing (1).</p>
