<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing roller capable of forming an image in stable density regardless of temperature, while suppressing increase in a coating amount of a developer in a low temperature environment. <P>SOLUTION: The developing roller includes a shaft core, an elastic layer and a surface layer coating the surface of the elastic layer. The surface layer contains resin particles containing an urethane resin as roughening particles. The urethane resin comprises polyurethane particles having a structure expressed by a structural formula (1) and one of or both of a structure expressed by a structural formula (2) and a structure expressed by a structural formula (3), between two adjoining urethane groups. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
