<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent water from intruding inside the cabin from a gap formed when the seal lip of a die molded portion comes in contact with the welding trace of a sash joined part, in the assembling structure of a door weather strip, which includes a base section mounted on a retainer integrally formed with the sash while leaving a gap between itself and a retainer bottom surface, a seal section for sealing a space between a vehicle body and a door by elastically coming into contact with the door opening edge of a vehicle when closing the door, and a seal lip projectingly formed on the base section for performing sealing by abutting on the retainer bottom face, and which is equipped with the die molded portion attached to the corner joint of a sash on a roof side and a sash on a center pillar side. <P>SOLUTION: Only the indoor side section of the retainer is welded in the joined part of sashes 2a and 2b, and the joined part of retainers 3a and 3b is merely connected and not welded, and a seal line e by the seal lip elastically coming into contact with the retainer bottom face is located over the joined part of the retainers 3a and 3b, which is not welded. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
