RADIO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, RADIO TERMINAL DEVICE AND TRANSMISSION MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio management system, a radio terminal device, and a transmission management method capable of performing stable system operation with a battery for a long period even when a plurality of devices are scattered about the outside.

SOLUTION: A radio terminal device 101 includes: a data acquisition part; a radio communication part for transmitting and receiving data; a control part for transmitting the data acquired by the data acquisition part or data addressed to another device that is received by the radio communication part from another device and a command from the radio communication part; and a clock part for measuring time and waking up the control part in a sleep state at a preset time. When receiving a sleep command addressed to the own device that is transmitted by the radio management device, the control part migrates to a sleep state besides the clock part. When waking up by the clock part, the control part performs transmission of data acquired by the data acquisition part and reception of a command addressed to the own device, or transfer of data and command addressed to another device.
