<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle which reduces radio noise and the like by reducing the noise loop without adding a noise filter circuit. <P>SOLUTION: An electric vehicle includes: a motor case 50 housing a motor in an interior space; an electric power conversion apparatus converting electric power input from an on-vehicle battery and supplying the electric power to the motor through electric power cables 44, 46; a conductive PCU case housing the electric power conversion apparatus; and a conductive body ground conductor 43 with which the motor case 50 and the PCU case respectively make ground connection. Shield members 48 of the electric cables electrically connect with a case member 52 forming the motor case 50, and a case member 54 makes ground connection with the body ground conductor 43.
