<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid occurrence of mismatch of HFN between a handover destination wireless base station eNB#2 and a mobile station UE, even if bulk packet loss occurs on the transmission line between a handover source wireless base station and the handover destination wireless base station. <P>SOLUTION: In the mobile communication system, when a count value (Y) to be used for processing of a next PDCP-SDU is larger than the sum of the oldest value (X) out of the COUNT values used for processing of the first PDCP-PDU and a predetermined value (Z), a wireless base station eNB#1 transfers PDCP-SN forming such sum to a wireless base station eNB#2 in place of PDCP-SN forming the COUNT value (Y), and does not transfer the PDCP-SN forming a COUNT value larger than the sum out of the COUNT values used for processing the first PDCP-SDU and a second PDCP-SDU. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
