<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling a display via a dual key. <P>SOLUTION: A display controlling method comprises the steps of: clicking a power supply key of a dual key of a display to turn on the display, when the display is off; clicking a menu key of the dual key to display an OSD menu on a screen, when the display is on; clicking the power source key or the menu key in the dual key to browse the OSD menu, when entering the OSD menu, and clicking the dual key to trigger an option, when a pointer is retained at the option of the OSD menu; entering a sub-menu and clicking the power source key or the menu key of the dual key to browse the sub-menu and pressing the dual key to trigger the option of the sub-menu, if the option includes the sub-menu when triggering the option; and clicking the power source key or the menu key of the dual key to change option setting and pressing the dual key to complete the option setting, if the option includes a number value or the option setting, and exiting the OSD menu. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
