<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feeding device that allows a size check to be performed from two directions and improves the operability of refilling of a sheet (recording medium), transmission of a print job and the like, and to provide an image forming apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: The feeding device includes: a medium storing body in which a bundle of recording medium is piled up and stored; a feeder for feeding a recording medium from the recording medium bundle in the medium storing body; and a feeding device body for housing the medium storing body and the feeder therein. The feeding device body includes an indicating means with a size indicator for indicating the size of the recording medium stored in the medium storing body. The size indicator of the indicating means includes: a first indicator for allowing a visual inspection from a direction along a feeding direction of the feeder for feeding the recording medium; and a second indicator for allowing a visual inspection from a direction perpendicular to the feeding direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
