<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sensor device capable of accurately detecting mixture concentration of a detection fluid. <P>SOLUTION: An internal electrode 23 is coaxially disposed inside an external electrode 22. A plurality of places of the internal electrode 23 in the lengthwise direction are supported from a casing 21 through support members 28a and 28b.
