<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact structure that can improve electric connection between a common contact part and a counter substrate. <P>SOLUTION: A display device includes: a common contact part including a first conductive film 318, an insulation film 319 provided on the first conductive film, an opening provided for the insulation film, a second conductive film 323 electrically connected to the first conductive film in the opening, and a conductive spacer 401; and a third conductive film 252 provided on the common contact part, and provided to face the common contact part. The second conductive film and the third conductive film are electrically connected to each other via the conductive spacer.
