<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for dropping of a restraining net for use in restraining a criminal when burglary, and the like, occur at a convenience store, or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A storage box 2 with a restraining net 1 stored is installed in a building entrance. When the burglary, and the like, occur, an electrical switch 6 is turned on to open a door 3 of the box, thereby dropping the restraining net. When running away, the criminal gets trapped in the restraining net, so that the criminal can be restrained.
