RESOLVER AND WINDING METHOD FOR RESOLVER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high detection accuracy resolver, and a winding method therefor.

SOLUTION: A resolver 100 includes: a rotor 1; a stator core 2 spaced radially outward from the rotor 1 and provided with a plurality of teeth 3b having tip end portions oriented to the rotor; exciting windings 7 comprising conductors wound on the teeth 3b; and output windings 8 comprising conductors wound on the teeth 3b to output a change in a magnetic flux generated by the exciting windings 7 as a voltage. The exciting windings 7 are wound in unwound regions generated radially outward of tip projection portions 3c of the teeth 3b in the stator core 2 when the output windings 8 are wound.
