<p>This cell case having housed therein a cell unit configured of a plurality of cells is provided by means of a compact and low-cost configuration, wherein movement of the cells in the cell case can be regulated without affecting output performance of a cell pack. A cell case (2) is provided with a cylindrical side wall portion (22). The side wall portion (22) forms a housing space (24), in which a cell unit (3) having a plurality of columnar cells (11) laminated such that the axis lines thereof are parallel to each other can be housed in a state wherein the axis lines are parallel to a bottom surface portion (21). On an inner surface of the side wall portion (22), said inner surface being a part of the side wall portion (22) and facing cell (11) end portions in the axis line direction, a plurality of ribs (23) (protruding portions) are integrally formed with, at positions that correspond to the cell (11) end portions in the axis line direction, the inner surface of the side wall portion (22), said ribs protruding toward the inside of the housing space (24), such that the protruding end portions are positioned on a plane that orthogonally intersects the axis line of the cell (11).</p> |
