Provided is a method for adsorption-desorption of carbon dioxide comprising a step A for obtaining a carbon dioxide adsorbent by causing carbon dioxide to be adsorbed on a reduced form of a substance having asymmetric electrons and a step B for obtaining an asymmetric electron by causing the carbon dioxide adsorbent obtained in step A to oxidize and as a result, the carbon dioxide to be desorbed from the carbon dioxide adsorbent.
