<p>Provided is a sealing device by which sealing can be effectively performed and which can be easily cleaned, and also provided is a method for producing a honeycomb filter. A sealing device (100) is provided with: a main body (10) comprising a recess (10d) and a communication passage (10e) which opens at the inner surface of the recess (10d); an elastic plate (20) arranged on the main body (10) to cover the recess (10d); a scraper (202); a scraper support unit (205) to support the scraper (202) so that the scraper (202) can be in contact with a surface of the elastic plate (20); and a movement unit (40) to move the scraper (202) which is in contact with the surface of the elastic plate (20), along the surface of the elastic plate (20), relative to the elastic plate (20).</p> |
