<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable access from the Internet to an intranet as well as access from the intranet to the Internet. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing system comprises: a first information processor connected to the Internet; a first management server for managing access from the first information processor to an intranet via the Internet; a second information processor connected to the intranet; and a second management server for managing access from the second information processor to the Internet via the intranet.
