<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To preliminarily generate an application execution environment corresponding to a type of a client device according to a preregistered schedule, even when a user uses a plurality of types of client devices. <P>SOLUTION: A management server 1 determines whether a clock-time reaches a predetermined period before a preset activation start clock-time for various types of client devices which a user uses, and requests a server 2 to generate an application execution environment corresponding to one client device used by the user, if it is determined that the clock-time reaches the predetermined period before the activation start clock-time for the one client device. The server 2 discards unnecessary application execution environments from a storage device and generates the requested application execution environment.
