<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door trim with a seal function and an installation method thereof, for reducing installation manhours, and minimizing the number of part items. <P>SOLUTION: This door trim includes: a door trim body part 51 arranged on the inside of a door inner panel 2 and made of a hard resin; and a seal part 52 made of a soft resin. The seal part 52 includes: a support surface 52X extending in substantially parallel to the door inner panel 2, inserting one end 52a extending to the inner peripheral side of a door 1 into a clearance M between the door inner panel 2 and an edge part 51a of the door trim body part 51, and receiving pressing force applied in the vehicle outside direction from the edge part 51a of the door trim body part 51; and a seal surface 52Y configured by integrally molding inside one end 52c around the edge part 51a of the door trim body part 51, curved so as to swell toward the vehicle inside from the inside one end 52c, continuously arranging the outside other end 52d on the other end 52b of the support surface 52X, and elastically abutting on the body panel 5 side when closing the door. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
