<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of positioning relative to a mold of a sheet decoration sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The mold 2 for simultaneous molding and decorating is used for simultaneous molding and decorating for forming an injection-molded article from a molten resin, and at the same time, fixing the sheet decoration sheet on the surface of the injection-molded article. The mold 2 for the simultaneous molding and decorating includes a second movable mold 15, a second fixed mold 9, and a plurality of clamps 33 (33a). In the second movable mold 15, the sheet decoration sheet 41 is arranged. The second fixed mold 9 can be approximated and separated relatively to the second movable mold 15, and can form a first part cavity 30 between the second movable mold 15 and itself. The plurality of clamps 33 are members for pressing the sheet decoration sheet 41 to the second movable mold 15, and are separated mutually.
