<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal module that allows reduction of luminance variation width, reduction of the number of LEDs, and change of an optical sheet configuration by increasing the accuracy while suppressing variation in clearance between the LED and one end face of a light guide plate. <P>SOLUTION: An LED bar 3 is provided along one end face (lower end face 2b) of a light guide plate 2 inside a rear frame 1 so that a clearance is maintained between the one end face 2b of the light guide plate 2 and each LED 3a. A plurality of convex parts 2c with the equal projection size are formed integrally apart from each other on the one end face 2b of the light guide plate 2. A tip face of each convex part 2c abuts on a wiring board 3b of the LED bar 3. Thus, a liquid crystal module is provided. Since the clearance between the LED 3a and the one end face 2b of the light guide plate 2 can be maintained accurately with the size as designed obtained by subtracting the height of the LED 3a from the projection size of the convex part 2c, the variation of luminance can be reduced, the number of LEDs can be reduced, and the optical sheet configuration can be changed, for example. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
