<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a settlement system for easily grasping true unsettled transaction. <P>SOLUTION: The settlement system includes: a merchandise registration device for registering purchased merchandise as well as identification information for identifying one transaction; a settlement device for executing settlement on the basis of the identification information; storage means for storing information relating to unsettled transaction to be determined on the basis of information indicating whether or not settlement has been executed by the settlement device in transaction registered by the merchandise registration device; specification means for specifying that the transaction registered by the merchandise registration device has been erroneously registered; and updating means for updating the information relating to the unsettled transaction by recognizing that the transaction specified by the specification means has been erroneously registered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
