<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a jelly-coated fruit allowing to enjoy a fruit original shape by coating a fruit with jelly, and to provide a jelly-coating method. <P>SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the jelly-coated fruit includes a first treatment process of (figure 1/STEP 11) of adjusting the PH and sugar content of a spherical fruit, a second treatment process of (figure 1/STEP 12) of storing in a spherical mold the first state fruit obtained in the first treatment process followed by coating with jelly in a spherical form, and a third treatment process of (figure 1/STEP 13) of freezing the second state fruit obtained in the second treatment process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
