<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode element which secures good heat radiation characteristics and light efficiency even when used at high temperatures and applied to a high output light emitting diode element. <P>SOLUTION: A light emitting diode element of this invention includes: a cathode lead frame 10; an anode lead frame 20 disposed so as to be electrically insulated from the cathode lead frame 10; a light emitting diode chip 30 electrically connecting with the cathode lead frame 10 and the anode lead frame 20; a synthetic resin member 40 including a recess part 41 housing the light emitting diode chip 30 and fixing the cathode lead frame 10 to the anode lead frame 20; and a metal heat radiation reflection member 50 enclosing at least one part of an inner surface of the recess part 41 and extending so as to cover an upper surface of the synthetic resin member 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
