<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-emitting device and an element substrate that can suppress luminance unevenness of a light-emitting element between pixels that is caused by variation in characteristics of a driver transistor without suppressing the off current of a switching transistor to be low or without increasing the capacitance of a capacitor. <P>SOLUTION: In a light-emitting device, a gate of a first transistor is connected to a first scan line and a gate of a second transistor is connected to a second scan line. The first transistor controls the connection between a signal line and a gate of a third transistor. The second transistor and the third transistor are connected in series to each other between a power source line and a pixel electrode in a light-emitting element. The signal line, the second scan line, and the power source line are aligned.
