摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably jet a fluid using a piezoelectric element. <P>SOLUTION: This fluid jetting apparatus includes: a main piezoelectric element P<SB POS="POST">o</SB>and a main control part 70 arranged inside a casing 10; a diaphragm 20 fixed in close contact with the main piezoelectric element P<SB POS="POST">o</SB>; a pressure chamber 30 formed by the diaphragm 20 and the casing 10; a fluid supply tube 60 supplying liquid into the pressure chamber 30; a passage tube 40 communicating with the pressure chamber 30 and having a polygonal cross-sectional shape with obtuse vertexes; a jet port 50 connected to the terminal of the passage tube 40; a plurality of piezoelectric elements P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-P<SB POS="POST">30</SB>spirally arranged in a direction of the jet port 50 while abutting on the passage tube 40, and extending in a direction to intersect the direction of the jet port 50; and a control part 80 controlling the respective extension of the plurality of piezoelectric elements P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-P<SB POS="POST">30</SB>by applying voltage to the piezoelectric elements P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-P<SB POS="POST">30</SB>, and sequentially extending the piezoelectric elements P<SB POS="POST">1</SB>-P<SB POS="POST">30</SB>in the spiral direction from the one away from the jet port 50 toward the jet port 50 to generate a swirling flow that advances toward the jet port 50 within the passage tube 40. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
