<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connector that can easily and surely connect a hose while achieving high sealing performance. <P>SOLUTION: This connector includes a connector body having a mounting tube for mounting the hose, and a lock member loosely fitted in an axially slidable manner to a guide member of the connector body. The lock member includes a claw member erected in the direction of the hose mounted facing from an inner wall surface, and the mounting tube includes a protrusion on the outer periphery of the tip. When the hose or the lock member is pulled after the hose is inserted in the mounting tube, the lock member moves forward, and the hose is locked by the claw member and clamped by the lock member and the protrusion provided on the mounting tube side.
