<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wooden floor material having a moistureproof layer to block the moisture flow from the side of a decorative material to a wooden base material, which prevents the decorative material from bulging and peeling; and a method for manufacturing the wooden floor material. <P>SOLUTION: A wooden floor material includes a decorative material 2 thermally pressure welded to the surface of a wooden base material 1 through a moistureproof layer 3 having a plurality of vent holes 3a with an aqueous adhesive. The moistureproof layer 3 is formed of a synthetic resin film, a metal sheet, or a multilayered sheet. A method for manufacturing the wooden floor material includes the steps of: forming a moistureproof layer so as to form the moistureproof layer 3 having the plurality of vent holes 3a in the surface of the wooden base material 1; and thermally pressure welding the decorative material 2 to the surface of the wooden base material 1 having the moistureproof layer 3 with the aqueous adhesive. In the step of forming a moistureproof layer, after the vent holes 3a are formed in the moistureproof sheet 3, the moistureproof sheet 3 is bonded to the surface of the wooden base material 1 with the aqueous adhesive. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
