<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a polyacetal resin composition excellent in conductivity, toughness, weld elongation, and appearance. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing a polyacetal resin composition includes: a process 1 of melting/mixing a polyacetal resin (A) and a polystyrene based elastomer (B); and a process 2 that adds an epoxy compound (D) and performs the melting/mixing after the process 1. Moreover, it is desirable to include a process that adds a conductive carbon black (C) in addition after the process 1, and performs the melting/mixture.
