<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a conductive polyimide film with high productivity, with which occurrence of pinholes is suppressed, and electrical resistivity can be controlled as required. <P>SOLUTION: There is provided the method of producing the conductive polyimide film including a polyimide resin and a conductivity-imparting agent, which comprises drying and imidizing a coating film containing: (A) a polyamic acid obtained by reacting a diamine compound with a tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride including 3,3',4,4'-biphenyltetracarboxylic acid dianhydride, 4,4'-oxydianiline and 3,3',4,4'-benzophenone tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride and/or p-phenylenediamine; (B) a conductivity-imparting agent; and (C) an imidization promotor. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
