<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor device including a readout circuit that can effectively utilize a determination result made at the time of verification. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device includes a readout circuit for reading out data written in a memory cell. The readout circuit includes a first transistor 121, a second transistor 122, a first switch 131, and a second switch 132. The first transistor has a first terminal electrically connected to a gate and has a second terminal electrically connected to an output of the readout circuit via the first switch. The second transistor has a first terminal electrically connected to the gate and has a second terminal electrically connected to the output of the readout circuit via the second switch.
