Setting the sum of the amount of structural units derived from ethylene, the amount of structural units derived from vinyl acetate, and the amount of structural units derived from methyl methacrylate contained in the copolymer to a total of 100 mass%, this ethylene-vinyl acetate-methyl methacrylate copolymer is such that (a1) the amount of structural units derived from vinyl acetate is 10-20 mass%, (a2) the amount of structural units derived from methyl methacrylate is 10-20 mass%, and (a3) the sum of the amount of structural units derived from vinyl acetate and the amount of structural units derived from methyl methacrylate is 20-35 mass%.
