A cooler device for use with a fan associated with a vehicle engine, the cooler device comprising at least one heat exchanger configured for receiving, in use, an airflow generated by the fan; and a flow control member coupled to the at least one heat exchanger wherein the flow control member is positioned upstream to an air pressure depression with respect to the direction of airflow to restrict re-circulation of heated air through the at least one heat exchanger.
