摘要 <p>Disclosed is a system for rapidly changing the chassis battery of an electric passenger car based on a rectangular coordinate robot, comprising a battery change platform (1), the battery change platform lies in the same straight line with a rapid change robot (3) and a charging rack (4). The rapid change robot comprises a battery tray (9) and a rectangular coordinate robot having four freedom degrees. The rectangular coordinate robot is provided on an X-axis dual-rail rack (12) with an X-axis driving motor (13) coordinated therewith, is provided on a Y-axis dual-rail rack (20) with a Y-axis driving motor (14) coordinated therewith, and is provided on a Z-axis dual-rail rack (17) with a Z-axis hoisting motor coordinated therewith. The battery tray is disposed on the Y-axis dual-rail rack, and is connected with an R-axis driving motor (15) coordinated therewith. Each driving motor is connected with a corresponding encoder (25), and each encoder is connected with a corresponding driver (18). A distance measuring sensor (19) is arranged on the battery tray, and a corresponding limit switch (24) is respectively arranged at the two ends of each dual-rail rack. The driver of each driving motor, each limit switch, and the distance measuring sensor are all connected with a control system.</p>
