<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic solenoid which can be made compact, and to provide an interrupter including the electromagnetic solenoid and a differential device including the interrupter. <P>SOLUTION: The electromagnetic solenoid 1 comprises an electromagnetic coil 3, a magnetic path formation member 5 arranged on the periphery of the electromagnetic coil 3 and transmitting the magnetic flux, and a movable member 7 which is made movable by a magnetic flux that transmitted through the magnetic path formation member 5 when the electromagnetic coil 3 is electrified. The magnetic path formation member 5 has a transmission part 9 located between the electromagnetic coil 3 and the movable member 7 in the radial direction and transmitting the magnetic flux to the movable member 7, and a counter part 11 provided separately from the transmission part 9 in the axial direction and through which the magnetic flux is transmitted via the movable member 7.
