<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luciferase which emits a luciferin with high intensity. <P>SOLUTION: A mutant luciferase is derived from Pyrocoelia matsumurai, shows 80% or more of homology with an amino acid sequence of a wild type luciferase, and emits the luciferin with higher intensity compared to the wild type luciferase. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
