<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact suspension structure of a motorcycle. <P>SOLUTION: This suspension structure of the motorcycle includes: a swing arm 14 having one end rockably supported by a vehicle body frame and the other end rotatably journaling a rear wheel; a cushion bracket 70 fixed to the other end side of the swing arm 14 and formed in a U shape; and a rear cushion 16 having the upper end fixed to the vehicle body frame, and the lower end arranged in an installation space S of a U-shaped part of the cushion bracket 70 and fixed by a cushion connecting bolt 90. A pair of bolt penetrating openings 74 are arranged in the cushion bracket 70. A cylindrical collar 77 for forming a female screw 77A is fixed to an inside opening 76 as one bolt penetrating opening.
