An automatic-tuning auxiliary circuit (30) is coupled to a transmission antenna (20). A plurality of switches (SW1, SW2) and a first auxiliary capacitor (CA1) are provided between a first terminal (31) and a second terminal (32) of the automatic-tuning auxiliary circuit (30). A first control unit (40) operates the plurality of switches (SW1, SW2) in synchronization with a drive voltage (VDRV). A power supply (10) applies said drive voltage (VDRV) across terminals of the transmission antenna (20) and the automatic-tuning auxiliary circuit (30).
