A system for compensating a stereo camera is disclosed. The system comprises: a rig control module for controlling an electric rig for physically compensating a camera when a camera compensation parameter is inputted, according to the camera compensation parameter which is inputted; an apparatus for compensating a stereo image for acquiring the camera compensation parameter through compensation of the stereo image and outputting same to a camera control module; and the camera control module for outputting to the rig control module or on a screen the camera compensation parameter that is inputted from the apparatus for compensating the stereo image. As a result, physical compensation of the camera can be processed in connection with image processing compensation.
