摘要 The present invention relates to a method for determining the single nucleotide polymorphism of target genes using a real-time polymerase chain reaction, comprising the following steps: filling different tubes with allele-specific primers of target genes and carrying out real-time polymerase chain reaction using each probe common to target genes to obtain amplification products of the target genes; obtaining a Ct value from the allele-specific amplification products of each tube; obtaining a ?Ct value between alleles from the Ct value obtained in the previous step; and determining the single nucleotide polymorphism of the target genes from the obtained ?Ct value. The method for determining single nucleotide polymorphism according to the present invention may advantageously be used to detect a desired SNP in a short time.
