CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains nitrogen gas. A method for preparing the cosmetic composition comprises: a step of dissolving an aqueous cosmetic ingredient and an oil cosmetic ingredient and emulsifying; a step of cooling the emulsified cosmetic composition and injecting nitrogen gas during defoaming.
