PURPOSE: A solar cell module is provided to improve an electric property of the solar cell module by connecting cells using a back sheet with a conductive pattern. CONSTITUTION: An n type finger line electrode(441) is formed on an n type finger line doping layer. A p type finger line electrode(442) is formed on a p type finger line doping layer. An insulation mask(450) is located on the n type finger line electrode and the p type finger line electrode. An n type bus bar electrode(461) is electrically connected to a plurality of n type finger line electrodes. A p type bus bar electrode(462) is electrically connected to a plurality of p type finger line electrodes. A back sheet(500) is composed of an insulation substrate(510) and a conductive pattern(520) formed on the insulation substrate. |
