PURPOSE: A reinforcement device for a rear end collision of a car is provided to prevent a rear side member from buckling by controlling the deformation of a rear floor rear panel. CONSTITUTION: A reinforcement device for a rear end collision of a car comprises a rear bumper mounting reinforcement(10). The rear bumper mounting reinforcement is coupled between a rear side member and a rear bumper beam assembly and comprises a plate portion(11) and a protruded portion(13). The protruded portion is a three-dimensional structure with a box-shaped closed section and is inserted into the rear side member.
