PURPOSE: An optimal wind power plant site analysis system and a method thereof are provided to consider various factors by using an AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) and a GIS. CONSTITUTION: Site data providing devices(110-130) supply GIS(Geographic Information System) based site data for wind power plant site analysis. If the site data is received, an optimal power plant site analyzer(200) matches a standard of the site data and classifies a site selection element. The power plant site analyzer generates overlap analysis data which displays site scores about regions.
