<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attach a belt clip directly to a device body without using screws, to reduce a space required for attachment and detachment, and make the clip not easily broken by a simple structure. <P>SOLUTION: A hollow part 25 is formed on an attachment surface 23. Fan-shaped claws 26 are provided at an upper part and a lower part on a concentric circle of the hollow part 25. A projection 27 for a stopper is formed in the circumference direction of the claw 26. A clip member 22 has a simple structure attaching an attachment and detachment plate 31 having a fan-shaped part 33 and a hollow part 28 on a shaft for fitting and is made not easily broken. The attachment surface 23 and the attachment and detachment plate 31 are opposed, a shaft 24 of the attachment and detachment plate 31 is fitted in the follow part 25 of the attachment surface 23 and rotated. The fan-shaped part 33 of the attachment and detachment plate 31 is fitted to the claw 26. Simultaneously, the hollow part 28 of the attachment and detachment plate 31 is fitted and locked to the projection 27. Consequently, a clip member 22 is attached without using the screws.
