The component has a covering frame (120) provided with a water inlet opening and a covering element (136). The covering frame has a frame sided holding element (198) that protrudes to the covering element, in a mounted condition of the component. The covering element has an element sided holding element (218) that protrudes to the covering frame in the mounted condition of the component. The element sided holding element co-acts with the frame sided holding element in the mounted condition of the component. The covering element is detachably held at the covering frame.
