It is an object of the invention to provide a technique that contributes to further improvement of an impact tool (101). A representative impact tool includes a motor (111), a tool body (103) that houses the motor (111), a dynamic vibration reducer (151) and a driving mechanism part that is driven by the motor (111) and forcibly drives the dynamic vibration reducer (151) by applying an external force other than vibration of the tool body (103) to the dynamic vibration reducer (151), during hammering operation. The electrical components including the connecting terminal (140a,140b), the power terminal (144), the power switch (131) and the control unit (147) are integrally mounted to a housing (140c) and thus form an electrical component assembly (140).
